We hired the Nelson Group to remodel 3 bathrooms and convert one of our bedrooms into a walk-in closet in our home. They did an amazing job not only in the construction, but in the design as well. They did our master bathroom, a hall bath, and a bedroom bath. They clearly know all facets of home remodeling and are masters of their craft. The workmanship was fantastic! The entire project took just 3 months from start to finish, and they never missed one day of work. They were timely, professional, extremely courteous and neat. We were so happy with their work that we hired them to put on our new roof. Again, we were thrilled with their workmanship. We couldn’t have asked for a better team, and we will definitely be hiring them for future projects.
Nelson Building worked with me to come up with a good solution for drainage issues and improvements at my house, took the time to work through and give estimates on several different alternative and completed the work quickly once a contract was signed. During the work, they would constantly involve me if they found issues with anything and work with me to come up with a good solution. If I had an issue with anything they did, they would immediately fix it. The thing that really stood out about Nelson Building and their owner Dale Nelson was that they really strove to help me scope the project and make the right decisions up front and were extremely responsive if anything wasn’t what I expected or wanted. The general quality of the work was excellent and the subcontractors employed were all high quality and detailed in their work. I could not be more happier and I will absolutely use Nelson Building for my next project.
